pipe fabrication
E&E’s roots are firmly established in the piping industry. E&E fabricates using ASME code B31.3 and API 1104. Having specialty welding services, we focus our efforts on quality pipe fabrication for piping systems that convey water, steam, condensate, chemicals, gases, and other industrial applications. We are accustomed to fabricating large and small-bore piping systems in all standard carbon steel and alloy metals. With a quick turnaround time we can fabricate replacement spools for your facility quicker than most of our competitors. Our piping systems are found in all major industrial industries including, pulp and paper, high technology, petrochemical, food and beverage, chemical and others. E&E can produce 200-300 normal spools a week, averaging 1000 normal spools a month.
Modular and Pipeline Station fabrication
E&E has been fabricating and assembling complete modules for the oil and gas industry for years. In today’s business environment, the modularization of plant and pipeline processes offer many advantages. With our ability to self-perform most elements involved in a Modular build we can offer our customers a turnkey solution for their process needs.
Refrigeration and heating
30 years of experience in Louisiana has given us a large background in HVAC. Including Cooling towers, Chiller units, and Air Handlers we have experience installing, maintaining, and refurbishing several types of systems. From Insulation and paint to Pipe, Heat Exchangers, and Electric. We can perform and provide consultation and for all of your Heating and cooling needs.
Engineering and design
Our team of engineers and drafters can create P&ID and expertly crafted designs of all types of fluid and gas systems. With our team you will can have an engineer on site to take measurements develop field sketches give expert recommendations and ultimately develop your ideal piping and instrumentation system.

Modularization allows workers to perform a constant scope of work closer to the ground and in accordance with consistent standards, procedures, and policies. Engineering, module assembly, and site work can proceed concurrently when modular construction techniques are employed, significantly reducing overall cycle time. E&E can assist in scheduling strategically timed maintenance and avoid unplanned outages. Our maintenance services include: safety and QA/QC services, planning and scheduling, preventative maintenance, piping, structural steel, tanks, and vessels. Also including Boilers, Heat Exchangers, Cooling systems, and turbine systems.
